The Reset Mask sits softly on your face, hands-free, while light passes over your skin. It is a daily skincare device, not a treatment. Use it on clean skin, before serums. Fifteen minutes is enough. Morning or evening both work, so run it whenever it actually fits your day. The matching neck piece follows the same jaw-to-collarbone line most routines never treat.

1. Cleanse and dry your skin.
2. Place the mask flat on your face and adjust the strap until the silicone sits evenly. Fit the neck piece if you are treating the neck.
3. Press the power button. Choose 10 or 20 minutes. The device shuts off automatically when the session ends.
4. Continue with serums and moisturiser. The mask is the first step in the routine, not the last.

Use once a day, morning or evening, whichever suits your routine. Recharge every few weeks.

When will my pre-order ship?
The first production run is on its way to us now. Pre-orders dispatch from August 13, in the order they were placed. You will receive tracking as soon as yours ships.

Should I use it in the morning or the evening?
Either. The mask works the same at any hour, so the best time is the one you will actually keep to. Some people prefer it as a morning step, others as part of winding down.

Who is The Reset Mask for?
Adults who want a daily skincare device that fits into an existing routine, used at home on cleansed skin. It is not designed for use on children.

How often should I use it?
Most people use it once a day. A fifteen-minute session is the standard. If you are new to light-based devices, start with 10-minute sessions for the first two weeks.

When will I notice a difference?
Skincare devices work over time, not overnight. Use it consistently for at least eight weeks before deciding whether it suits your skin.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?
The silicone is medical-grade and the wavelengths are gentle. If you have a diagnosed photosensitive condition, are pregnant, or take medication that increases light sensitivity, speak with your doctor before use.

Do I have to use the neck piece every time?
No. The face and neck pieces can be used together or on their own. The neck piece is included so the option is always there.

How do I care for it?
Wipe the silicone with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use. Do not submerge it in water. Charge via USB-C only. Store it in its box when not in use.
